Mareike Wiebeck has been shaping the development of the OTTO marketplace as a product owner in various software development teams since 2018, and since 2022 she has been working with the BI team hydra to make marketplace processes more efficient through AI-based services and thus advance the scaling of the OTTO marketplace. Together they show the change at OTTO from pure retailers to marketplace providers and all this with the help of a GenAI based chatbot.
